Trying to make a habit of doing one original character/environment art a week. So here's Carlos.

Carlos owns the majority of the munitions traded in an around the settlements and has frequent dealings with the boys. He hasn't earned the
boys favor who frequently visit him to stock up on ammo.
He's well aware of the business they're in and regularly hikes up his prices specifically for
when they roll into town, this pisses them off but Carlos has the monopoly over the area.


Smokes and drinks a lot, his teeth are permanently black.
Don't make fun of his pink nose. He doesn't like it.
(Hes literally kind of inspired by this dark chocolate caramel candy I had earlier this year)

Xanders fairly sure hes going to kick his ass one day.
