Arcten is exploring a supposedly abandoned wizard's fort for loot and trinkets. Though it is looking like it may be less vacant than I thought.

Yes, Arcten has a second head at the end of his tail. It is a fully functional head, capable of controlling his entire body. It doesn't have a separate personality, rather both heads form a single system. It is sort of like having two processors on a motherboard.
