So I haven't ever made a badge for myself, which is odd if I ever went to a con.

{Which I haven't been to a con even though FWA is just a 6 hour drive}

So I got bored at work one day and sketched out my badge on paper between customers. yeah I know I am not supposed to do that but hey. The paper I sketched on they wanted me to just throw away even though it's the size of a smaller poster (larger than copy paper) and they would prefer me off my phone (still did both). I work alone at a grocery store gas station kiosk dealing with hundreds of customers all day. Sometimes there just isn't enough time to go out and clean between customers since I have to go back inside if anyone comes to that window. So in situations where I have either finished every one of my chores or leaving the kiosk would waste time, I need something to do.

Later on though on a day off (being the day i post this... errr day previous? It is already past 1am) I took a picture of the sketch with my IPad Pro and extracted the line art. This did require me though to create a new layer to redo the lines for spill bucket reasons, so i did end up re-drawing the sketch. I then continued to work on this digitally all day and for some reason this time, didn't use as much smooth lighting in favor for a more sharp look.

I have a bit of a pocky problem because I love the things, so I made sure to include it into my badge. There are also some easter eggs hidden in the art as well. I can't wait to get a print of this and laminate it.
