Like many of this loads' uploads, it's another concept drawing! Yay!
After some discussion with my current gaming group, we came to the consensus that elves didn't really belong to well in my setting, so I mulled the idea over, and came up with these norse, glass-skinned, glowy-eyed vinkingy people, and called 'em Einharjer (real original, yeah).
