Tired of the tedious method of stretching watercolor paper two hours or more prior to drawing and painting on it, I decided today to stretch the paper another way: Instead of using gummed paper tape, and wetting the paper and waiting for it to dry, I simply taped it down with regular masking tape, making sure there were no air pockets under the sheet, and it dried flat after I was finished! I will need to practice more with this method before I know for sure if it'll work, but hey, it's a start!
