Why, You may ask. Well I'd be happy to tell you!

Towards my beginning years in the fandom I had a couple of friends bring me into the furry community. They were the only ones I knew who we're furries that I knew in real life. My friends soon turned on me when I wouldn't buy them stuff anymore, or wouldn't let them stay with me. To be fair only one was my friend, the other was just her girlfriend. (Annoying little sh**t).

After they were gone I kinda put the fandom aside. I didn't know anyone else and was to shy to find others.

One day a friend of mine from high school posted some of her art on their Facebook. It was furry art! I got so excited! I thought maybe I can talk with her and I can get back in the community with her help. I was a little nervous because we haven't talked in ages! Few years after high school and old friends tend to drift.

I decided to try anyway..

Blitzy and I talked for hours about the furry community! She taught me wonderful things! I went to her when I was trying to discover my fursona! I asked what animal should I be? Blitzy told me that deciding on a fursona should only be up to THAT person. A fursona is supposed to be about NOT someone else! What makes me, me and what feels right! I shouldn't ask others what should represent me!

Because of Blitzy's advise I went with a great white shark and worked on a design (later becoming a great white shark/wolf hybrid). I knew Blitzy had work, commissions, and a life of her own. But I still would send my progress on my fursona. She was always supportive! Finally one day I sent her a message saying "THIS IS IT! I FINISHED IT!" She was so excited to finally see my fursona! I still remember how ecstatic I was when I was showing her lol!

Since then Blitzy always helped me with whatever I needed help on! Whether it was about a character, an art program, or just how this community does things. She was always happy to help me!

I always keep a lookout for people using her fursona and make sure to either get it dealt with or report them. Blitzy gets stolen a lot and it brakes my heart!

Blitzy is getting closer to her dream of a being freelance artist! A full time artist! I'm so excited for her!! She deserves it! I can't wait to see her dream come true!!

I owe Morrigan and how far I've come to Blitzy!
