Sometimes we drown in darkness and despair, tormented by our own demons. It can be so overpowering that alone we cant escape it. For this abyss dragon that was very much true. For so long it has been corrupted and twisted by the darkness. Rascal saw the good everywhere, even in this twisted creature. Rascal loved it and it returned that love when it could. But always whenever they met and departed its parting words were always the same "Save me".
