Here's the last of the ponies who are playing Business Scrubs in the story. In this case, it's Grand Pear playing the scrub found in Ikana Canyon who sells a blue potion (claiming that it will undo the curse the bubbles enemies give you, although other bottled drinks also undo these curses). After he is given the ocean title deed, he moves there.
