This is an OC I made of the a dragon emperor on his throne. He's of the same species as the anthro dragon male I made a while back in my scraps.
Some parts of this pic were omitted but can be found on other sites if you're into it.

I spent longer than I meant to on this pic. Probably because I'll get extra perfectionistic if it's an OC that I'm drawing. It also has a lot of extra details to consider like clothing.

I'll probably try and finish a Pokemon WiP next.
