Wubbulous Wednesday- Praise Be To Baphy's Balls...
GOOD Day to you all, lovely watchers! Hopefully you're all enjoying the beauty and wonder that is this great mystery we call life?
As the last few Wednesdays we've shared have been all about my nigh-obsession with "Bendy And The Ink Machine" let's have a shift of gears back to an olde favourite. Welcome to another wonderfully Wubbulous Wednesday! Wubbulous, as in, what can be more won-derfully fab-ulous than love? SO, let's talk a little bit about that, what say?
You know... sometimes, life can be pretty shit. It just can. So many circumstances weighing you down, drama at work, the unbelievable nonsense of your government, religious wackos, school murders, prudish lawmakers, gods forbid you bother trying to check your youtube feed, rampaging armies of drama-llamas doing their level best to keep your shoulders so tense and your blood-pressure so high, you'd swear your head's about to explode. Life just sucks...
But then, sometimes, you look at the good things you have going on... *grins broadly* and they're pretty substantial...
Maybe you don't have a smokin' hot spouse in their naughties -whom you love enough to help them bury the bodies- offering you snacks, sex and whatever else you want.... but I'll bet you have plenty else you might take for granted. *laughs* Fuckitopia knows I do. *shrugs* We're only human, after all... Some would say it's a survival instinct that we tend to focus on the negative and that may be true. One or two relatively minor things come along and all we can DO is bitch, piss, moan and complain...
But if we just open our eyes a little bit and focus on the good things around us from time to time, *sighs* yep... sometimes, life is pretty all-right. Pretty damn good.
This one is mostly for me, beautiful watchers but it may just be what you need today as well. The next one up... *head tilts, smirking* WEeeeeeeell... *scritches her neck* that one's for someone else. *chuckles* You'll see, assuming it appears in your feed... Enjoy the day, lovely lords, ladies, lassie-boys and whatever else you all may be. Remember that life's not too damned bad, so long as you're captain enough to steer the vessel. *blows a kiss* One love to you all.

I can't really recall what it was that I was thinking about when she said all this but I recall very clearly how wonderful my life suddenly seemed and I think I smiled big enough my ears almost zippered off my head.

We humans get caught up in ourselves pretty often. Get too focussed on our problems, big or small. And as I said on a previous submission of yours, we do LOVE to bitch and feel validated in our dilemmas. But somtimes you just need to lie back, take a breath, look around, see what you have, and just appreciate it. Because even though things could usually be better, they could ALWAYS be worse. Enjoy life while you've got it, and make sure the people who are positive influences in your life understand how much you appreciate them. That's the best any one can do.
Drama Llamas are a constant irritant of mine. Coworkers, my niece, etc.

... yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, sometimes life is pretty damn sweet. I got a boyfriend who is kinky as hell and I love to bits, I just landed a tech support job that doesn't even have an overnight shift and pays about 50% more than my old job, and Final Fantasy XIV just landed a new huge content patch with a story arc in it that genuinely made me cry with how good it was... so yah. :P
