One of the main races that inhabit Ephalon are dragons. They come in all shapes and sizes.
The ones that are considered 'true' dragons have four legs and two (or more) wings.
Though still thought of as dragons, the image depicts a sea serpent completely devoid of extra appendages having a discussion with a wyvern whose arms are his wings.
