One hour Kikira's
Always one to get some obscure characters out there. She is from Taito's Little Samson.
This of course was absolutely required because she has a charge attack with fire breath and it is law of the universe that all dragons inflate when they can charge something. Melting after holding it in too long is also under a clause that I fought hard to get added to those imperial scrolls of gaming and cartoons, soooo I'm glad to finally set things right with her *whew.*
