Anyway, Hugo's update was done to make him a little bit older and to make his design reflect more on the fact that he's an attorney- and look, he has a badge to prove it!}

Alright, now that whole silliness is over it's time to get the ball rolling on this new batch of characters, starting with Dot City's top prosecuto- the Chief Prosecutor at that- AND Crystal's dad- Hugo Retriever! As a prosecutor, he's as good as they come. 15 years ago him and his wife, Eva, were both famous on their respective fields, though Hugo moved up from a mere prosecutor to the DA position. He enrolled his daughter in the Dot Academy of Law, and is currently thinking of moving his career from prosecuting to being the new mayor of Dot City.

Hugo was a tough character to work on, and my main concern was that he looked too much like Gregory Duke thanks to their similar attires. However, I think they have subtle enough differences (plus different personalities altogether) to make Hugo stand on his own. But still, let me know if you guys think the two of them are different enough characters.
