Since breastfeeding is generally an offshoot of the hormones that occur during pregnancy, and he can't get pregnant and lacks a uterus/ovaries, I would guess no.
However, I know that with the right hormone additions (be it by pill or shot), even non-XXY-guys can produce milk, so I imagine it'd be a similar situation for him.
