He wanted to see a cute picture of what it would be like if Penny Ling from LPS met Yona from MLP since he likes both characters so much. I think it came out rather cute which is good because that was what he wanted :P
In other news, I really need to find a way of drawing Penny Ling that I can stick with. I feel that she ends up being slightly different every time I draw her.
