I was unexpectedly surprised with the response to my new character Wendy that I started doodling her face, and these expressions and factoids came into my head as I scribbled away. So I thought I'd share them with my Friends and Fellow artists here on FA.

That's a good observation. I don't know how the deer in the neighborhood can stand it, but I figure they get used to the noises and "Tune out" things like lawn mowers, leaf blowers. car stereos and such. Maybe they categorize these sounds as "Danger" or "No Danger," and perhaps "Annoying."
I do find your idea of Wendy slipping in and out of Dimensions as a form of protection intriguing though. That's been one of the supposed reasons why creatures like Bigfoot cannot be captured or approached. They only are seen by those who they want to be seen by, and they have abilities to cloud and confuse people's minds.
