In a sense that is indeed so! Envisioning taking my pills as sending soldiers down helped me feel more in control and less helpless - while of course one doesn't control everything in their body even in the best of times, it improved my mindset and perspective so I could turn more of my focus to the work I wanted to get done rather than the obstacles that were impeding my progress.

Hey, I'm late responding to this comment, but thank you so much. I'm pretty much out of the woods these days, which is Something after eight months of back-and-forth trying to solve the problem. Sheesh. I've never been so happy to be able to eat pizza and have sweets.
