well, what else? straight edge, of course!
I started sketching this after some events happening recently. Not to ME, of course, but to ones I know. (Actually my sister just STOPPED smoking pot which made me SO HAPPY but that's beside the point.) Not anything huge (well, in my opinion it is huge but yeahhh), but more than anything it just frustrated the shit out of me because I know that I can't do anything about it.
Even worse, I'm the one who feels like the bad guy because I choose not to do these "bad things" and it seems like EVERYONE does it.
Although it's the complete opposite.
But it's okay. I am a straight edge. I have strength. More strength than I could ever talk about. And I'm proud of who I am. and I won't be changed. I can't be changed.
As much as I KNOW someone wants to bash me for this, don't.
Obviously I know you've got your opinions, as I have mine.
Go ahead, do drugs. Drink as much alcohol you can. Have sex with whoever, whenever you want. Poison your body.
I think it's wrong, but I'm not going to tell you to STOP.
It's YOUR life, this is MY life. I choose to be pure. If you don't, that's okay. I'm NOT going to think I'm better than you. I'm NOT going to say my life is better than yours. Because it may or may not be.
So respect my opinions. and I promise to respect yours.
Yes, I can be absolutely righteous about my opinions but that shouldn't stop you from having your own.

I don't care if they turned out great or not; I got my point across, and that's all that matters to me.
(plus i couldn't be arsed to colour traditionally. i know i suck at digital but FFF.)
Also this makes me want to make it so Heavin's wings are optional. Instead, she just has those stitches there. Yes I love her wings but they can also be a hassle. Anyone who's drawn her would probably say the same. x3

I really really think that this piece, although digital, is really good hun. Everything looks proportional and in fact, the shading and coloring is awesome x3
And I know that I've started doing some of these things that you despise, and I'm sorry for that. Sorry to be a disappointment as a friend and as someone who cares deeply about you.
I guess I'm not as strong as I used to be, or once thought I was, but that doesn't mean that I'm not still a strong person with good moral beliefs. You make it seem as though when doing drugs you're not as good of a person as someone who chooses to stay away from them. I hope that you don't think less of me as a friend, or even a person, because of my recent choices. :|

I know, Jess. I still know who you are as a person, and that part of it has no importance to me. yes, it dissapoints me a bit for obvious reasons, but I still love you to death and you're my best friend in the whole world.
I know it seems that way, but that's how I see it; when it comes to my family (my dad's side of the family does a LOT of pot and everything else ff, and my mom side has been known to drink lots lately) so my thoughts of those things come from what I've seen in them. I don't think you're not as good of a person because you do it. It just makes me think of you differently....if that makes any sense. it probably doesn't because i ramble when i talk about what i think. =|

I like drugs and booze and sex, it's no secret. But I don't care if someone is straight edge neither. In my book it's just not that big of a deal which "side" you're on!
But that's actually a really cool back design too, if you were planning on keeping it as a possible design add on. I like it. xD

I can't really call myself sxe, I haven't really done anything to make myself NOT sxe...It's just, I really hate the laws on alcohol, SOME psychedelics, and pot in the US--they're not addictive substances unless you're dumb enough to use them habitually, and if people could actually have the option to use them RESPONSIBLY in the legal sense...ugh. another story for another day. Countries with less strict laws on drinking (except france it seems) have few issues with alcoholism. Deny, and the will to use strengthens. :P It's so sad that half of the shit out there making drugs such a danger is really done by the government for the good of the people.
I think tobacco is evil, but god, the shit in our food is a drug too. big companies have made food a drug and I find that more agitating than a lot of things, even some drugs. don't get me started on additives. I will...go psycho. ;-;
