Materials I use for the heads:
-Foam
-Hot glue
-Embroidery thread
-Souffie
-Paint
-Paint setting spray
-synthetic feathers (however this is rare)
-synthetic fur
-nail glue
-fabric glue
-glitter (again, rare!)
-wire
These are not all of the materials I will use on any head, but these are the materials I have in my station to use to make your character really come to life. :)
How I make quotes:
They start at $30
-. 50 per color (first color is free)
-$8 + for hair. This can go up or down depending on how much hair your character uses! $8 is how much you could expect for a head of shortish hair. It'd go up if they have longer hair and I am not responsible for what happens if you want your 'sona to have 12 inches of hair on a head that's roughly 7 cm across though!
-$5 for glasses
-$2 for soufie use
-$5 for complicated designs
-$10 for Super complicated designs / designs with 'fades' - areas where two colors blend together
-$10 for any sort of mask (like those hell dogs that have skulls for faces specifically, as they take a lot of soufie and work)
-$2 for projects that need wire (usually, these are some sort of piercing)
Shipping inside the US is free! But outside of the US will be an extra fee. :)
TOS
-I do my best work at night, so usually I work on these at night. I finish a batch and then send them all out at once to save me a trip to the post office since it's a while away. :)
-Please inform me of any mistakes!!! I'd be happy to fix them as soon as possible.
-I work in a house with two dogs, but they're rarely around my work station.
-Please feel free to ask for any updates at all! At any time. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
-I have the right to deny a commission for any reason.
-I'd be happy to issue a refund, but how much you get back will depend on how far along I am. If I'm done or neatly done, you can't have one. But if I haven't started or only have the base done, I'd be happy to issue a full refund! It's a case-to-case thing. :)
-I accept full or half payment upfront, whatever you're more comfortable doing. However I will not ship anything out until I have received full payment.
-If you claim a slot, you can either pay immediately or tell me when you want to pay. If you tell me you'll pay me Monday, and Monday rolls around and you don't pay me, I'll give your slot to someone else unless you contact me and ask me to hold onto your slot. I will only hold one slot for 2 weeks at most before I give it away. Please don't guilt me.
FAQ
-Is this a keychain?
Yup! hook it to your bag, your keys, whatever you'd like. :) Ask if you just want the head without the attachment.
-How durable is it?
I'd say very. I work at a daycare, my own keychain head as been bitten, fought over, pulled, sat on, squished, and he's still in perfect condition. They'll survive heavy rain and maybe even a wash in the machine on gentle. But please understand that they're made of fleece/felt, so don't scrub them with a toothbrush or something.
-SOS! I got my head dirty, how do I clean it?
Hand washing with some gentle soap and gentle movement with your fingers is best. Don't scrub them at all costs when they're wet! Pat it dry, set them down on a towel to dry. The paint should stay, if it's there.
-What do you ship these in?
I ship them in bubble wrap bags, but as soon as I can find boxes that fit the dimensions I'll be using boxes instead!! :)
