Phew, I could hardly find any time to draw recently - I'm glad I was able to finish it today. This one took quite long, so I added a bonus background again!

Oh man, I just adore the variety of expressions in these dizzy pictures! I think my favourite here is the purple kitty (Samuel?) - his droopy eyes and wrinkly eyebrows are way too cute <3 I noticed his whiskers and the details on his fur are a dark purple instead of black to match his colour scheme. I love the way that looks and wanna try it out myself now!
I don't know if it's intentional or if it just comes naturally for you, but dang, I really like the composition of this piece. The characters are the first thing you notice when you look at it (of course!), but you positioned them in a very clever fashion - Jenny's ears draw the viewer's attention up to the movie poster and suddenly it makes sense why they're all so dizzy, haha. So many imaginative (and hilarious) poses here too!
I got excited when I saw the title of this submission!! HISMSV is one of my favourite animated films and the scene you linked above is absolutely iconic. Still makes me laugh to this day!

Thank you and yup, that's Samuel :) I enjoyed drawing Rhonda's face in particular, but he was so dang fun to draw as well! I'm excited you spotted that little trick - I do it fairly often, but it's rarely visible, I need a character with a specific colour palette to make it stand out. You're the first person who noticed (and complimented) :D Feel free to incorporate that in your style, I'm excited to see the results!

I've never seen the whole movie, just a selection of scenes, but Tiny Toons will always hold a special place in my heart. We had only 3 TV channels back in the 90s! Thankfully one of them aired Tiny Toons sometimes - I was thrilled whenever I got the chance to watch an actual cartoon on TV, it was so special!
