I know, there are a lot of stolen designs from me right now… Consoles only that the quality is much lower than mine, and yet - the damned Chinese plagiarists (I know that most Chinese people are decent and hardworking people, but unfortunately, Chinese plagiarists often go unpunished and feel at ease) and Ali Express!

Also my necklaces are made of high-quality metal, and not from cheap alloy. You will receive exactly what you see in the picture, not the counterfeit.
I can accept the fact that Chinese plagiarists are stealing from me. Plagiarists steal from everyone. And even interesting to be an author who is so fond of. But it is very annoying that Etsy has shops selling fake. And I have to justify to people that I am the author of these works. Let the counterfeit implementers implement them elsewhere, dammit! I do not mind.
But I’m too lazy to fight with windmills. Therefore, simply - the ray of disapproval of them in the ass.

But what are the chances of that? And honestly, these counterfeiters(and they certainly qualify) don't deserve such consideration. And this is your livelihood they're stealing from. Every piece they sell is one less you get to.
And aside from that, letting them off so lightly sends a message that this sort of theft is OK. And it isn't. It truly is not.
I'm a jeweler, and my designs have days, weeks, or even months of work put into them before they hit the workbench. So if someone were to steal all of that work, and time, just to make an easy buck?

I know this feeling all too well. :( I can't get any of my stolen work removed from AliExpress/Alibaba either, because they don't give a shit about copyrights and just ignore any DMCA you send.
