I'm really trying to make it like "Nice Guy" Gemini and normal Gemini are two different people. The ears being up or down helps but that will not always be an indicator of what personality he's in.

Here is a tidbit that I have not let everyone in on directly, for helping out with the editing, there is a third personality for Gemini as the regular person is a balance between the two extremes. We'll be seeing him in this comic in the near future.
