For Mermay!

I thought this was a cute concept, so I WANTED to make a character that could shift between being a mermaid and a naga! I was seeing it in a magic way, where he glows pure white then changes shape, and can happen whenever!

However, even though I really love how this guy came out, I have no actual use for him... and drawing him again and again would be... AHHH. So I'll auction him off!

FIRST! The scale trick I learned from here: https://shorty-antics-27.deviantart.....ales-734481699 (though with the marmaid one I followed the tut half way, then did my own thing but placement in parts are wrong, while with the naga I went straight to the lines of the scales and did it my own way, but this tutorial for sure helped out!)
