If you want, you could try changing her eyes a bit so they are looking straight to the viewer, and if you add a half smile to her mouth line it will definitely help giving her a more flirty look =). I am not good with it myself too but I had to draw a flirty scene once and this combo I just described worked for me ^^;.

Very cute! I really like how you rendered her fur, you've created some great textures especially in the ears and tail.

Thank you! I do that by using mostly solid colors for the fur and bringing the textures only in on the edges. That way the shapes become more simple and recognizable and the human brain just completes the whole texture from the edge without people even noticing that there is no texture for most of it. :D
