In haer's faction the symbol made by adding an skull has its own meaning,
consisting of different alien species, the skull icon is based on the skull of the species that has done the most honorable and heroic or fearsome deeds in that faction and has passed away,
reminding the enemy of that ravager faction to be fearful of its crew. so in the future, it might not be an elite skull drawn on that symbol, could be another alien species.
