yea, im picturing what u just sed in my head... u bang the shed door and scream hoping some1 will hear u n then u feel something touching ur head... u look up and there is a wolf spider right above ur head

Actually it landed on my shoulder, and one was right next to the door. 3 were right above me just standing there... II don't think i've ever punched someone as hard as i did to the guy who locked me in there, and i was only 7 i think.

i know my dad, he likes to scare me n stuff n so i honestly thought it was a plastic spider but when i looked more closely at it, the damn thing scared the hell out of me by moving...!

hahaha its as big as my hand and my hands r very big!!! yea, it mustve been under my bed for a long time to get that big?!! its happened twice now that ive seen a huntsman in my room but the 2nd 1 was alot smaller when i saw it..

well guess what? i took that pic ages ago n im still in the same room!! other than that spider i have a few daddy long legs which r ok coz they catch n eat flies n mosquitos but its only when they multiple being when i get REALLY PISSED OFF!

What sort of size is it? Looks like a huntsman spider, or Avondale spider as they're known here in New Zealand. They look fearsome, but are harmless to humans.

ohh, i thought NZ didnt get spiders? or was it snakes.. not sure.... with the huntsmans i know that if they bite u they can give u a head ache or sumthin minor like that ...

We don't get snakes here, at least not that I know of. Plenty of spiders, though not as many or as big as the ones in Aus! This one being an exception, obviously.

ok, so yea, it was snakes... i knew it was sumthin coz i got an aunty that lives in NZ n she comes 2 visit ova here every now n again n she was telling me that there's things she doesnt have 2 worry bout in NZ.....! (snakes)
