Heh, I just imagine this is a promotion from Pull-Ups, and that Zee-Zee would rally up a group of Cubs to stop the Pad-Ops called the Big Kid Movement, and the main villain is the baby bear from TheUnithinker's comic "Spy Babies" https://www.deviantart.com/theunthi.....243/Spy-Babies
