Ilulu is a character from the popular "Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid" manga that debuted in Chapter 31. I ended up loving this character as my second favorite dragon, Elma being the one to steal first place.

I always contemplated to draw the cast, but never found the time. I managed to spare a few moments to draw Ilulu. Her best moments started in Volume 4 where she got a bit more attention in certain chapters, and Chapter 37 is pretty much base on this concept I drew.
