I didn't realize it at the time, but we were getting pretty worn out from the 98 Degree + heat and crowds, so we sought shelter under the wings of a huge aircraft parked in front of the Flying Tigers air transport hangar, and as we were leaving I realized it was a radar equipped patrol version of the Constellation. My favorite transport! I unfortunately only had time to snap this image as my friends decided we had enough of the heat and crowds and figured we had seen everything we wanted to see.

I at least got to see the N-9M flying wing perform though. but it was impossible to take a picture. As soon as I'd see an opening and get my camera ready, the crowd seemed to surge in and block my view.
