I spent Saturday at an Amateur Radio and Computer Geek Flea Market in Deerfield (that's furry, right?) New Hampshire. Perfect weather and a nice crowd, I only bought some music CDs ('60s stuff) and some little odds and ends, but fun anyway. I think I spent more on lunch than anything.

(Laughs politely.) Many is the time I've gone to cons and events and spent MORE on food and drink instead of related merchandise. At the air show we knew it was going to get hot, and we brought water along, so we lucked out in not having to pat like $3.00 for a twenty ounce bottle that usually costs a dollar. Sadly, I only bought a Hot Wheels car I had never seen before, at a whole whopping $2.50. The rest I got in "Freebies" from the vendors like flyers and business cards.
