Last Saturday Schirm, ou friend Bob and I went to see the Chino air show, held by the Chino Air Museum California and Yank's Air Museum. Much to my surprise, my cheap little "Buzz-snap" digital camera performed beautifully and so this was the first snap I got looking West down the main show line. We got there about 10:00 AM and already the crowds were getting thick. Of course, there was so much to see, and so many things to photograph, but unfortunately, the bright sunlight blanked out the viewscreen on the back of my little camera, so most times I had to "Guess" if the shot was set up or not.

Coolness! You should try coming here to Paso Robles to the Estrella Warbirds Museum. In fact, looking up the link for you I find that this Saturday they're having a 10 year celebration, swap meet and more! They also have a giant collection of cars. Check this out!

It might be best to plan for next year. Of course the Chino Air Museum is open 7 days a week, and is only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day. There's also several events through the year, like Pear Harbor, Veteran's and Memorial day, So there's always something to see.
