This is Mooglar, an extra-terrestrial from Mars. He's known throughout the galaxy as having a big appetite, about as big as Jupiter. Whenever he eats, he'll wrap his tongue around it and withdraw it back into his mouth. He also flicks his tongue in and out of his mouth whenever he talks. He found his "Earth clothes" as he calls them, from a 10-year-old boy who died from a terminal illness. They fit the boy like a glove, but not Mooglar, due to his round belly and his height, which equals that of an average adolescent man, so his bellybutton's always on display. His name is a reference to the Moog synthesizer, in case you're interested.
