An adopt thing I got from a 'MisterWhiteCat' on VK through
Raux selling it on.
Neet is what people call him. What does N.E.E.T. stand for?
It isn't the standard "Not educated, employed or trained" trope, because Neet seems to be all very much educated, employed and trained well.
Neet calls himself Neet, but when people doubt the validity of that being the real name, the name 'Conrad Bennett' is given on an ID Card. Is that Neet's real name? Is Neet the real name? Only Neet knows, but everybody seems fine calling him just that: Neet.
What can the thing do? What does it know? Don't ask. But Neet seems nice enough...Neet even has fun glowsticks, see? Can't deny those eyes aren't just, absolutely terrifying though.
Unusual as that is, the creepy factory skyrockets whenever Neet actually speaks to anybody. Neet's words literally flicker in the air in a distorted manner, accompanied by the faint hissing of TV static. It can be very off-putting. The mouth doesn't move, merely smiling or showing other expressions to accompany it.
If your comic book character's speech bubbles were more distorted looking and also not in a bubble...that would be what it looks like.
Neet is never seen outside of the tactical gear. Perhaps for good reason?
NON-EXISTENT EIDOLON TROOPER
