This (female in my mind, but can be whatever you want!) beautiful creature loves to swim and of course has magic abilities and some form of dragonbreath...
Maybe she is a gaurdian, and to keep safe she'll lie dormant in a jade and gold statue. like, her body will solidify into jade and gold. That would be so cool. js!!
