Um, hello. My name is Nyani Highcloud. I’m a doctor, currently serving aboard the Soul Hunter, for the bounty hunter pack of the same name. It’s my first real job after my rather distinguished graduation from med school; well, not counting my volunteer service. I actually got it because a friend of mine recommended me for the position.

“You ask them to turn their head and cough yet?”

EEEK! Liena! That is a legitimate medical procedure!

Ahem, umm… Okay so yes, I’m with a bunch of bounty hunters. Not exactly my first choice of job. I became a doctor to help and heal people and these guys… well they tend not to leave bounties alive. That said, they are going after really bad people, so I guess if it means less people getting hurt because of a bunch of jerks… This is really just a big moral grey area I think.

“You gonna check their prostate at the end of this Nyani?”

LIENA! Shut up! Shut your face up now! That is an important part of keeping people healthy!

Ohhhhh, ugh! …phew. Umm, I guess we also have these really bad guys chasing us, since we’re also hunting… something real big we’ll call it. So, because the Aspirant are after us I had to learn how to handle a gun and fight, which means I actually have to hurt people… but again they’re bad guys right. At least the fighting isn’t too hard, I’m a gene engine so I’m actually a fair bit stronger than average people. So, I guess that covers everything really important…

Meet Nyani, the onboard doctor for the Soul Hunter and its crew. An old friend of Liena's (with ALL that entails *wink*), she was given a chance to get some serious professional work to show off her chops. In exchange, the Soul Hunters got themselves a very skilled and dedicated medic to keep all their butts intact.

Of course, being a part of the crew means the kitten needs to fight though, and while she's a gene engine, that only can take her so far. As such, Liena's teaching her how to work a basic pistol and some hand to hand techniques (not those kind). But, she also gets a special gift courtesy of the tech head of the group.

Specifically those gauntlets she's sporting. The bracer portion actually can deploy a small buckler for a bit more added protection, while the fist parts are able to hold an electric charge. Meaning Nyani has one mean punch, that she'd rather avoid using if she could.

Not like she needs the fists though, she can deliver a hell of a scolding if you do something against her medical professional orders. She's one thicc kitty who takes her job very seriously.
