I was walking downtown for like 6 hours today, mostly on the docks
I tried to buy a soda at a place but couldn't cuz they don't take debit cards. So I went to a cafe, it was pretty fancy inside. I was hot and tired and asked if I could have a soda to go. It was dark in there and I explained that I couldn't see very well and they were super nice and helpful and the front desk lady was just the nicest person ever. She said "if you go walking around the docks and finish your drink, come back in and we'll refill it as many times as you want" and I was so impressed I made her this sketch. I came back a few hours later and gave it to her and she literally started crying and was like "this is the nicest thing anyone's ever done for me". I was a little startled by that, I hope she meant the nicest thing a costumer has done...and not literally ever... but I was happy she liked it :) :) :)
