Personality: Redd Reaper is a lot like Circuit Eel, much to the dismay of anyone who meets it. It is at least a tad less sadistic than the former though and isn’t quite as interested in the process being drawn out more than necessary. It has absolutely no reservations about killing though.

Background: Redd Reaper was not intended to look as it does. Or rather, to say, no one caused it intentionally, but like many of the Jala Tuurga’s scientific creations, instabilities do occur. Redd Reaper is the manifestation of such an occurrence. It might not have an elemental association, but that certainly hasn’t made it any less intimidating. It has opted to go with its own theme--bringer of death. Reaper of lives. Redd Reaper has an assortment of not particularly useful oddities, like the mouth and bleeding eye hands--they’re good for intimidation at least, but otherwise are mostly just an annoyance when it comes to practical use.
