My SimCity version will be an interpitation of this as there are a few things SimCity won't be able to do, unfortunatly.
1. No bulidings over rivers.
2. No covered bridges.
3. No diagonal highway bridges over water.
4. No dirt roads.
Other then that it'll look like this map only at a slight angle, as that's how SC4 does everything.
