I have no idea what the deal is with this Spyro character but I felt like drawing a dragon so there. I gather she's Spyro's girlfriend or something or other. This surprises me greatly, she doesn't look like his type at all.
I imagined her to have a British accent with a hint of John Cleese for this picture. She's probably got this high pitched, constantly shouting, kind of voice in the game so I'm not in a hurry to watch in game footage.
I'm aware her build in this picture is different than the game, Every attempt at mimicking the original broken anatomy failed so I just replaced it with my own, even more broken anatomy.

Hee, British Cynder. XD That might have saved her personality in the end.
She's got a different voice in every game, so it varies. She's sultry and evil in the first one, emo and cute in the second, and a sassy bitch in the third. And, alas, yes, she is Spyro's girlfriend by the end of the those three games.

Wow, they really covered the whole spectrum with her personality there. I think I'll feel happier just to keep on pretending she's British.
And though cliched she may appear, I think I actually like her more than 'generic spunky dragon' Spyro. Great as the old PS1 games may be the poor sob never had any real personality to speak of (Hence Cynder's remark in this pic).

Most main characters n games aren't nearly as interesting as their sidekicks and friends. Elora, Sheila, and several other NPCs from the original games were always more fun for me than Spyro, especially when one considers that a player character is usually generic so that the player can relate (supposedly) to him or her better.
All that being said, at least Insomniac Spyro and Cynder aren't LoS Spyro. Now there's a poor SOB if ever I've seen one. :D
