Drew this out of boredom as well as summing up the Hellsing Dusk fan story in a nutshell. It's a bit of context on BW Dio's part even though he comes in as an investigator assisting the Hellsing Organization when flying to London. While also showing how he came into contact with Rip van Winkle and their conflict begin.

The last pic shows Rip van Winkle coming to terms that she is the only surviving member of Millennium. She has lost everything she believed in. She's no longer a vampire. What else can she go to? War is all she know. BW Dio comforts her and sympathize that he too am a remnant from a long forgotten kingdom and gives her a new life (figuratively and literally) at the agency that sent him to London in the first place. Tearful, Rip appreciates this "second chance" she was given. Living the rest of her life as a Wolfen working at the United State's Paranormal Investigation's Sigma Division.
