Autodesk Sketchbook is now available to everyone for free. I downloaded it to my phone, and of course the first thing I did was draw vore with it.
For a small screen with no pressure sensitivity, it worked really well. Like, it doesn't have a ton of snazzy features, but it's got all the basic stuff I could imagine needing, and more importantly, drawing with it felt good. Colored me impressed.
