for the sake of transparency, ill mention that ravens design is directly inspired by a image by the DA artist Cowledman, I couldn't get with him to get his endorsement of the design as he's pretty much vanished years ago but if he contacts me with offense to this ill work things out or pull the image.
each part of these images will have a number of variants attached to them, each with minor changes to the story, so be sure to check those out.

It was a quiet evening in Titans Tower. Starfire was with Raven in her room, doing their once a week meditation together, a routine they started doing after Puppet King swapped their bodies. Suddenly, their concentration is disturbed when a loud banging sound can be heard from the air vent to Raven's room when out of the grate burst out a metal flying hat that spun into the room and landed between the girls like a flying saucer.
Assuming this was one of Cyborg's creations run amok, Raven tries to ignore it and calm the anger inside her, while Starfire looks at it with curiosity. Suddenly, a pair of panels opens up and, a laser scans them both quietly without Raven knowing as she focuses on her meditation. Suddenly, the scanner flashes a strobing light which has no effect on Raven's closed eyes but makes Starfire's go wide and entranced as she stands up with her mouth hanging open and her eyes wide apart like her brain just shut off. Raven takes notice of her friend's odd brainless moan, but before she can find out whats wrong, the panels on the hat make an ominous sound.
Out of the panels, the hat douses Raven and Starfire with grey and orange goo respectively, the colors of their respective skins, as it absorbs into them both, and almost instantly Raven begins to feel strange. She stands to her feet but feels like she's sagging. She looks down at her hands and see's her skin and clothes running like melted cheese as her whole body feels soft like warm, silly putty. She tries to run or call for help, but her body won't respond, and her lips are starting to stretch outward. In a panic, she looks to Starfire in the vain hope she could help, but Star's no better off, as her spine has stretched more than twice its length. Her hair is literally oozing down her back, and a long appendage starts growing from her backside, despite all the changes Star mindlessly moans happily as her tongue falls out of her mouth and hangs out long enough to almost touch the floor.
Ten minutes pass by, and the girls are starting to solidify. Raven's entire costume has blended away into her skin, leaving her gooey skin tone out on display. Her lower body has taken a bird-like appearance with very duck-like legs and feet, her hands rested at her sides and merged with her lower body leaving her without the use of her arms, her neck has grown twice its length, and her lips stretched out and reshaped into a beak. Raven's gaze hasn't left the mirror in her room the entire time. She's quietly watched in shock as her hair had vanished leaving only a shiny bald head with a long, floppy comb on top making her look like a giant, grey chicken that's melting. Raven can't even recognize herself as she struggles to cope with this insane nightmare she's in, but she knows in her heart that it's no dream. As she quietly bares through it, having been unable to speak or move this whole time, it's like her the link between her body and brain has been blocked, and all she can do is stare forward at the creature that was once her friend.
Starfire, unlike Raven, was in full control of her gooey body as she ran her hands all over it. She looked all around the room with her chameleon-like eyes with her hair also gone and a large fin coming out of her head, her long tail hanging upwards into the air while her now even longer tongue curled up like a party favor. Despite being able to move, she did nothing to help, only stood there admiring her form as if she was waiting for something...
Out of nowhere, the sound of fan fair played from a speaker on the hat, and through Raven's gooey ear holes she heard the sound of a familiar voice say "Hello, Titans, it's me! The Amazing Mumbo!! Since you brats confiscated my magic hat, I had to get creative. Now that you're my slimy pets go fetch my hat and bring it back to your master. I have a new circus act in store for you both, hahaha!!!" the mic went cut off but then sparked back to life " I'm sorry, I was looking at a picture of how you used to look and was having a good laugh at what you two have become. Hahaha!! I can hardly recognize you, which is fitting, you won't need any attachments to the old you's once I get you both activated" To be continued.
