From my perspective:

I heard a lot from what goes on at 2B Labs and decided to give it a whirl, they told me the changes could be random and quite possibly permanent before I signed the waiver but thought how bad could it be?

After administering the drugs I felt a bit hot and my body felt odd, before long the effects rapidly took effect as I felt my whole body change; my face pushed out into a snout, my skin turned purple and fluffy fur followed, a large amount of the fur formed around my neck almost like a collar, my chest swelled outwards into a pair of large breasts, my stomach and hips got wider as I gained more weight, a large fluffy tail formed behind me and I could feel my penis disappear and form itself into proper female genitalia (aka it became an vagina).

I couldn’t believe what just happened as I took notice of my new female form as I had no idea the experiment would flip my gender like that, and from what I saw a completely different kind of species of shark as there isn’t any fluffy sharks in real life!

The scientists seemed happy and even pleased with the results they managed and gave me a new name to fit the changes, Violet, they weren’t sure because of all the various changes if the effects would wear off or not so they supplied me with some new clothes and ID.

It was still so odd as I left but I figured it would be an interesting experience to live as the opposite gender, even if by chance it was permanent.
