My first attempt at writing any part of this anthro-avian universe that has been taking shape. God help me in coming up with names (has to be the worst part of writing!), but here's my attempt, strongly influenced by the NW Native American languages I grew up with.
It's a sad way to start this out but actually turned out pretty good for introducing some of the characters, society, mythology, and culture that I've been cogitating upon. Let me know what you think (be honest, please) and maybe there will be more.
