This is why Vile insists on his name and dislikes his powers, due to the destructive abilities of it.

He holds back he power, however, which is why his body doesn't look completely overtaken.

He's a lot more frightening when he uses his power at full, which he doesn't like to do.

His brother, however, never hessitates to use his powers at full. That is the only time Vile goes full powered, when fighting his own brother.
