Warp Gate has the ability to open a portal to anywhere in the universe. As such he can even warp things from far off places to wherever he wants.

But such an ability would be useless without his ability to see through out the universe to where he chooses so he can target something to warp to or back. As such Warp Gate has the farthest eye sight imagenable with his sight power.
