Prince Sunbeam - he's the current child of Celestia and Chrysalis. During the battle between Celestia and Chrysalis (on Cadence's wedding), Chrysalis "infected" Celestia with the love magic she had been absorbing slowly from Shining Armour. After she was taken away to the dungeons, she found herself suddenly weakened... And very pregnant. The result was Sunbeam, a very runted, weak colt, whom had to be nurtured quite closely to survive during Chrysalis' brief reign. After the incident, Celestia took time away from her post to help Sunbeam develop. He has some of Chrysalis' genetics in him - a sharp, witty and even plotting mind, yet carried the same naiveté as Celestia once did herself. He experiments constantly, wanting to help aid his still-weak mother. Due to having an almost fully-female royalty, he dressed effeminately, and has taken steps towards modifying his gender (made easier with Changeling DNA), though the more he experiments, the more like Chrysalis he resembles. His cutie mark is an eclipse - something most believe is due to his talent of refracting light to become invisible, but it symbolises not only his transitionary state, but that he was a light through the darkness... Or, perhaps, his light will shine through his own inherent corruption. He's "from a different time", or "not of this time", crossing into new times due to his experimentations with refracting light.

Now, before you jump on me saying he's a bad OC, he's an OC I made for pure fun. I RP him seriously, and I enjoy playing as him when I get the chance. Sometimes, you gotta open up the kid inside you, and have fun with what you make. c:
