Awesome, awesome little thing done by  TastyTales as part of his latest sketch request journal. I'm in love with how well this turned out >w< Rune just being a taunty git, as usual, lookit this motherfucker stickin' his tongue out and winking like nobody's busines. ;3 Truly one unique shinybre.

Which brings to light a factoid about the shiny blue eyes he has! Turns out in the original gen 2 sprites, Umbreon had yellow rings AND eyes! while the shiny had an all-blue scheme! I'm not sure why in later gens it was turned to yellow-red and blue-yellow for rings-eyes color palettes, but that's beside the point. Rune's a gen 2 shinybre and I'm happy that's a thing!
