This is Chip, one of my personal characters.
He is a pupling, which is a wiesli based closed species.
Basically puplings are wiesli-pups but because they develop to grow to be wieslis and get a personality and so on, their stadium is called "puplings" and they can be developed by their owners to a look their owner likes. This can be done within the arpg group here:
