I wanted to draw Jess looking sexy and taking a selfie, I used a photo for the background however. I have seen that done before a few times and wanted to incorporate a photo background in my art at least once. I love the cute casual outfit she is wearing in this picture, comfy track pants, a cute crop top and a loos oversized jacket top. Her makeup/eyeshadow looks fun too!
